Our client, a leading educational consultancy that provides tailored tutoring and consultancy services to UHNW families both in the UK and internationally, is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join their small, close-knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, motivated individual - whether a school leaver or recent graduate, to join a company that offers training and mentorship while supporting a range of high-profile clients.

This role offers a variety of responsibilities, from managing client relationships to supporting office operations. You will be working closely with a senior EA and the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position provides significant potential for growth as the company continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with UHNW clients to schedule lessons and appointments
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system, ensuring accurate data and timely processing of lesson reports
  • Onboarding new teachers and tutors, while building and nurturing strong professional relationships
  • Handling the distribution of contracts, registration forms, and essential documents for clients
  • Monitoring staff holiday schedules and overseeing office supply management
  • Managing a high volume of emails and inbox organisation
  • Preparing materials and information packs for assessments and exams
  • Inputting and managing lesson schedules within the database
  • Supporting general office administration tasks, including filing, organising couriers, and responding to enquiries
  • Assisting the Director with research and preparation of educational materials

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally 1+ year of admin experience, though school leavers or graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—comfortable liaising with UHNW clients and their staff
  • A proactive, tech-savvy individual with strong organisational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
  • A team player who enjoys working in a supportive and friendly environment
  • Must be dog-friendly, as the office has a friendly office dog!
