Our hedge fund client - City based, is urgently seeing all round Business Assistant for a 12m maternity contract.

A busy and diverse role, combining Business support, HR support – (onboarding, managing employment issues, employee compliance and records and maintaining HR-related systems, (including handling pension, payroll queries)).

Office Management along with adhoc PA support to one of the C suite Directors.

The role requires someone who can hit the ground running, a self-starter who can work at speed and with accuracy, someone confident, personable – an excellent multi tasker.

A solutions seeker, a problem solver with a knack for organisation.

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant experience in an FCA regulated organisation (but not essential)

MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE
