We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support a team at a leading private equity firm based in Paris. This role requires someone fluent in English and French, both written and verbal. 

This traditional executive assistant role involves providing seamless support, with a primary focus on diary management, scheduling, and international travel coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

Offer hybrid working (2 days working from home each week) and a competitive salary of between €50000 and €55000 per annum, plus bonus. You must have the right to work in France and ideally already based in Paris.

What you'll do:

  • Diary management 
    • Coordinate complex schedules across multiple time zones.
    • Organise internal and external meetings, ensuring timely preparation of all necessary materials.
    • Anticipate and address scheduling conflicts proactively
  • Travel coordination:
    • Arrange detailed itineraries for international and domestic business trips
    • Book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
    • Handle visa applications and travel documentation when required.
  • Ad hoc support - provide additional support for projects and events as required.
Who you are:
  • Fluent in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in finance, private equity, or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with scheduling and travel booking tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
