Our client is a rapidly growing investment management firm, looking for a motivated EA to support their Senior Executive Officer – loads of potential for involvement!

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Managing SEO’s calendar; making preparations for meetings
• Coordinating end to end travel logistics, across time zones
• Drafting, reviewing and sending emails on behalf of SEO
• Organising in person and online meetings and phone calls
• Organising corporate events, team offsites and client entertainment
• Tracking daily office expenses and preparing expense reports
• Supporting with recruitment process including new joiner onboarding and general HR administration

The skills you need to bring:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within financial services/management consultancy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident approach, able to build strong relationships
• Driven, energetic and resourceful approach
• Knowledge and experience of supporting in a global business
• Ability to work in-office, hours 10-7 with some flexibility out of hours
