I am working with a client based in Richmond who are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Event Administrator to join a team in a dynamic environment. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a global event management agency while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will have a clear progression plan in this company to develop into an Event Manager. This is a temp to perm opportunity, my client is seeking bright graduates who are immediately available. You will be based in the office three days per week, two days work from home. Hours are 9:00 - 5:30, Monday to Friday.

What You Will Do
As an Event Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team across a variety of event-related tasks. This role involves heavy administration skills. Responsibilities include:
- Researching event logistics, such as times, dates, flight itineraries, and visa requirements.
- Preparing invitation letters and building event-specific spreadsheets and databases.
- Editing and managing content for event registration websites.
- Mail-merging invitations and liaising with delegates regarding their attendance, travel, and accommodation.
- Providing logistical and technical support for both face-to-face and virtual events.
- Supporting pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, including managing materials, processing expense claims, and compiling final invoices.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for delegates, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
- Travel internationally on event launch (1-2 times per year).
We are looking for a highly motivated team player with exceptional organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree or equivalent .
- Previous office experience ideal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in a customer service or people-facing role is highly desirable.
