Description

  • Manage HR documentation and records
  • Assist with recruitment process, including coordination of interviews and feedback
  • Provide HR administrative support to HR Manager and team
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with payroll administration

  • Contribute to HR projects as required
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources is desirable
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • An understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
