Are you looking for Immediate temporary work - can you commit to 12 weeks?

I am looking for several candidates who have experience in Administration.

BASED IN TOLWORTH FAB OFFICES WITH SUBSIDISED RESTAURANT, TABLE TENNIS, BASKETBALL, FREE PARKING, ONSITE BAR

Their office is located 30 minutes from Waterloo Station and local to Surbiton, Wimbledon, Cheam, New Malden, Chessington, Clapham, and SW London.

£13 per hour

Full Time

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Fully office based

Our long-standing FMCG client are looking for an Administrator/Reception to join their busy team in Head Office.

Lovely offices and a great place to work!

This role is an all-encompassing Administrative role, you will offer the team support as and when required.

  • Data Administration
  • Dealing with incoming products and assisting with stock replenishment
  • Assisting with coding products
  • Logging product details
  • Creating asset upload sheets in Excel
  • Creating models in our asset management system
  • Cross check asset list with other documentation
  • Upload file in the system and cross check

Other ad hoc tasks:

  • First point of call for any visitors on Reception
  • Dealing with Couriers
  • Excel reporting, Word letter writing, Outlook emails

About You:

  • Demonstrable ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to show initiative, multitask, problem solve and meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively and confidentially across teams and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • A flexible, hands-on approach to work and a strong team player

You must live within one hour commute to this location. There are several buses too to Tolworth!!
