We are seeking a highly organised and proactive, PA to support the EA within a luxury and global family-owned hotel group. This role involves comprehensive administrative support including managing inboxes, diaries, and travel arrangements, as well as handling errands as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage inboxes, calendars, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, appointments and events.
  • Handle day-to-day errands and tasks with the EA.
  • Act as a liaison between the EA, owner and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth communication and provide administrative support where necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly capable of written and verbal communication.
  • Clear and considerate telephone manner.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in IT and familiar with various software and applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
