Client Services Administrator, Investment Management, EC2

Are you an Investment Administrator, with several years’ experience relating to all client admin?

Do you like dealing with clients, making a difference and love using your organisational skills? 

Do you want to be valued? Use your initiative? Take ownership of the administration and organisation?

*  In-office Monday – Friday  *

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Supporting Investment Management team and their clients
• Liaising with dealers and brokers  
• Preparing correspondence and meeting reports
• Using CRM software
• Processing investor applications and coordinating investor processes, including KYC
• Responding to client queries and attending meetings with clients
• Managing multiple appointments within a shared diary
• Keeping files up to date
• Keeping up to date on compliance and regulation
• Arranging events, lunches and meetings
• Attending client and compliance briefings
• Hours 8.30 – 5 and 5 days a week in the office

The skills you need to bring:

• Experience in financial services
• Strong MS Office and CRM skills
• An understanding and interest in Financial Services
• Superb client facing skills
• Confident communication skills
• Hard-working attitude
