Team PA - Private Equity firm investing in Central Europe.

We have a new Team PA role for a leading Private Equity firm based in Mayfair! This is one of our favourite clients, with excellent feedback from past candidates we have placed there. So, we are now looking for a superstar to join the London team!

Experience working as an Assistant in a small - mid-sized Investment firm would be helpful. 

We are ideally looking for candidates with language skills from Central Europe  Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.

Supporting a team of 4 with all PA and Admin duties. The role will suit someone with a couple of years of PA experience. 

 We are looking for a remarkable assistant who has a passion for their work, is highly organised, able to manage a busy workload, is well prepared, has a positive attitude, has a flexible approach towards work, and is a fantastic team player!  I.T Proficiency is a must - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams: Concur or a similar expenses package.

Duties include:

• Diary management, extensive booking of meetings - managing the logistics of moving agendas, arrangement of travel and accommodation, including international events, etc. Input and maintain expenses for the investment team
• Arrange and prepare for meetings, including printing and binding presentations and IT set up for video conferencing, if required
• Provide full administrative support to the investment team
• Provide support to the administration team when required.
