Part-Time Office Coordinator - 15 to 20 hours / week
My client is a really lovely independent, boutique investment services/wealth management firm who is well-established and incredibly well-respected, working with only the most UHNWIs and managing hundreds of millions of pounds for their clients. Working in a small team of down to earth yet high performing individuals, my client is seeking a very polished, intelligent individual who is passionate about client services and eager to manage the office administration/operations. - Monday to Thursday; 4-5 hours per day onsite (ideally morning shifts)
- £35,000-£45,000 (full time equivalent) – pro-rated to hours worked

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the office is running smoothly – admin, facilities management, meeting room management
- Supporting the COO with any administration requests
- Booking flights and travel for the team
- Managing catering, accepting deliveries, coordinating refurbishments
- Coordinating contractors for the office
- Ad hoc Office Coordinator/Admin Assistant requests
Who you are:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience as an Admin Assistant, Receptionist, or Office Coordinator
- Polished, excellent communication both written and verbal, confident and friendly
- Ability to deal with UHNWIs
- Industry experience within private equity, wealth management, investment services or an interest in the sector is ideal but not essential
- Tech savvy
