Junior Private PA

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of the team supporting a global UHNW media icon. Based in his established private office, which is more corporate in feel than the rest of the media house. You will be trained and mentored by an exceptional Senior Private PA before being handed the reins to provide 1:1 Private support to this inspirational and approachable UHNW Chairman.

This is a Private PA role with a corporate structure and fantastic company perks;

• Managing Private Finances and making private payments
• Arranging high-profile sporting events – managing budgets, RSVP lists, negotiating with suppliers
• Arranging complex private sporting days/country pursuits  including logistics, accommodation
• Managing private luxury assets
• Overseeing a private property portfolio
• Arranging complex private travel to the Chairman and his family/friends
• Liaising with Estate managers
• Other ad-hoc private tasks/errands – gift sourcing, private appointments, liaising with family

This role requires someone to be on call to the Chairman outside of the standard 9-6 working hours. A strong work ethic and a flexible attitude are important.

They are looking for a candidate with strong academics and 1-3 years of experience, ideally PA experience to a UHNWI/HNWI. This person must have an understanding/experience of handling luxury assets, organising country pursuits, and working to exacting standards.

Personality fit is key to this role – charming, confident, muck-in, resilient, hard-working, and conscientious. Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
