The charming MD of a pioneering property company in Central London is looking for a stand-out EA to assist him in all areas of the business. Based in vibrant modern offices, you will provide dedicated 1:1 EA support to this humorous, exceptionally hard-working, and inspirational MD. The company is going through an exciting period of change with various re-branding projects, which the EA will play an integral part in.

This fast-paced company prides itself on being fun, supportive, professional, having high-standards, and being committed! Office-based 5 days a week but with the flexibility to WFH 1 day. This would suit an early riser, happy to come into the office for an 8 am breakfast meeting with your boss, however, the role would not require you to ever stay late in the office.

Duties include (80% Business, 20% Private)

• Daily catch-up meetings Intense inbox management, flagging key emails and responding on his behalf 360 Gate-keeper Complex diary management Attending meetings and taking minutes Expenses Stakeholder management Board-packs and agendas Adhoc support to Group CEO Light private support – events, entertainment, liaising with family

Personality fit between EA and MD is crucial, we are looking for someone with a great sense of humour, natural confidence, and an extremely flexible and muck-in attitude. Able to steer their boss with a charming light touch! This person must be client-facing and able to represent the company.

The right candidate must have strong EA experience at Director level and above, liaised with Senior Stakeholders, be interested in or knowledgeable about Property, and have strong academics.
