Receptionist/ Office Assistant| Consultancy | Temp to Perm 

Tay Associates have partnered with a highly successful, niche consultancy who have recently achieved B-Corp certification. They are on the look out for a Receptionist/ Office Assistant on a temp to perm basis. We are looking for a proactive, smiley, social individual who is happy to get stuck in with the front of house and admin duties - you will also assist with an office move next year. 

 

The Role:

  • Meet and greet everyone that enters the office
  • Be the first point of contact for all internal office communication
  • Manage the meeting rooms and bookings
  • Liaise with building management and external clients 
  • Organise monthly socials, lunches for the team and clients, social events. 

Skills/Experience Required

  • Previous experience working in an administrative / Reception function within a small business environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills. 
  • Ability to manage upwards, always demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
