Chief of Staff

Highly experienced Chief of Staff required to set up a new family office based in Palma, Mallorca. Responsible for the creation and management of a brand new family office as well as full management of large international property portfolio.

Based full time / year round in Mallorca, this is a varied and involved role and requires extensive experience in a similar position for an UHNW principal / high profile individual.

Overseeing 3 Mallorca based properties along with homes in New York and other European cities, it is essential that the chosen candidate has experience managing properties in the US - specifically NYC - candidates without this experience will not be considered.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who can confidently manage and maintain very high household standards, ensuring staff are working efficiently whilst also being responsible for overseeing all financial management for the various homes and assets. Previous experience managing yachts and private aviation is also essential.

• Fluency in English. Spanish and German proficiency preferred
• Excellent references are required
• Currently based in Palma, Mallorca or happy and able to relocate.
• Good working knowledge of Palma/Mallorca highly advantageous but not essential.

Competitive salary offered plus bonus - dependent on current package and experience.
