Our client is looking for a professional EA to join their successful and collaborative EA team.  You will support MD and a busy Investment Team in a deal-driven environment, and your role will play a crucial part in the smooth running of the business. Start date late October/early November 2024 until late December 2025/January 2026

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Extensive and complex diary management
• Confident gatekeeping, screening calls and managing emails
• Extensive multi-party meeting organisation
• Frequently handling last-minute changes and schedule conflicts
• Global travel arrangements: preparing detailed itineraries
• Preparation and circulation of complex documents
• Processing expenses
• 4 days in, 1 day wfh

The skills you need to bring:

• Solid EA experience at Director level, ideally gained within Private Equity, Asset Management or Investment Banking
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
• Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Resilience and a sense of humour
