The dynamic CEO of a global asset manager is looking for an outstanding EA to form a firm partnership with.
You should have experience supporting C-Suite Executives and be a confident communicator with great judgement and the highest level of execution.
This is a classic EA role where you will be the cornerstone to the success of the business and your CEO’s life. You will be working for a fabulous organisation; it is inclusive, rewarding and highly successful.
4 days in office in Mayfair, 1 wfh (with flexibility on both sides)
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Full EA support to the CEO (mainly with business and occasional personal)
- Building superb relationships with stakeholders, investors, the board and your colleagues
- Extensive diary management
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper
- Complete meeting management – drafting agendas, working with colleagues to ensure the CEO is provided with all necessary material and board reports and following up on outstanding items
- Managing all calls and correspondence and drafting responses or fielding / escalating appropriately
- Coordinating the internal sign-off processes
- Assisting with annual tax returns, bills, fees etc.
- Become part of the Company’s ‘Support’ function and work collaboratively with the other EAs across the firm
The skills you need to bring:
- Minimum 6 years as C-Suite EA, within the financial services
- Highly skilled in written communications in English and a perfectionist with grammar
- Experience of board meeting preparation and subsequent follow up
- Proficient in document management including formatting, editing and version control
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Consistently dependable, well organised with excellent recall
- Confident and friendly, calm and discrete
- Proactive, capable and deadline oriented
- Advanced MS office – particularly Word and Power Point
- Strong education – degree level or equivalent
