Key Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant role include managing complex executive diaries, arranging global travel, organising meetings with agenda preparation and minute-taking, preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential documents, managing expenses, and providing ad hoc office support.

Candidate Requirements for the Executive Assistant role:

  • Degree educated
  • A minimum of 5 years of PA/Executive Assistance/Admin experience
  • Solid CVs with good longevity – no hoppiness
  • Experience working for a FTSE 250 or similarly high-calibre, global organisation
