We have an exciting opportunity to join a successful and interesting family-run company. We are looking for a self possessed, competent, efficient, and organised administrator, who will be a key component in a small but busy office.

 We are looking for a committed and detail-orientated administrator to join their lovely, 4-person team located in Shepherds Bush. This job is perfect for someone looking to get stuck into all the different areas of this small business – someone who is happy talking to customers at a trade show one day, and get stuck into an Excel spreadsheet the next.

Job role:

• Juggling a range of different office administrator duties
  • Client liaison, placing orders, organising logistics,
• Keeping their website stock up to date
• Assisting in preparing their orders, liaising with the warehouse, printing labels, updating database
• Assisting with in-office tastings and attending yearly trade shows, acting as the face of the company, interacting with customers, and having full knowledge of the product and the company history

The Candidate:

• Must have 1 year + of strong administrative experience
• Multitasker with a can-do attitude, happy to roll up sleeves and get stuck in!
• IT savvy and numerate
• Happy to work in a friendly and close-knit team
• A self starter who relishes taking responsibility and juggle lots of tasks at once
• InDesign/Photoshop and social media experience is a huge plus
