Team Assistant

Our client a really exciting, global and delicious FMCG are seeking a proactive, organised and natural coordinator to join them as their Team Assistant.

This is a temp role starting ASAP for approximately 8 weeks, the successful Team Assistant will be supporting the German team from the London office.

As such you much speak and write German fluently!

Based in gorgeous offices with a brilliant team, you will be able to sample as much as the product as you would like!

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management & Support in forecasting
• Lead the process of incoming orders, potential changes, shipment dates and invoicing
• Check with Distributors on incoming orders vs plan for upcoming month’s
• Support forecasting

• Creation of internal and external Reporting
• Create sales reports for internal and external use
• Work with external data
• Support Brand Manager with organisation of events and trade shows
• General Administration
• Translations from German to English and vice versa
• Take care of information flow concerning product
• Support with all the bits and pieces, that take place in a fast-growing business

Requirements:

• Fluent in German: verbal and written
• Fluent in English: verbal and written
• Excellent customer care & communication skills
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, and Power Point)
• Experience working in a sales assistant role
• Talent for organisation
