The Client:
VWA is newly working with a Technology Start-Up who specialize in scaling talent for growing organisations and entrepreneurs. This role is supporting the 3 Founding Partners who have high ambitions and a track record for delivering for their international clients. You will also support the wider team who are extremely fun, down to earth and hardworking.

The Project Coordinator role:

As a Project Coordinator, your role with be varied. You would be responsible for traditional PA work as well as Operational elements of the business:

• Organise diary and travel management
• Operations support
• Arranging healthcare programs
• Dealing with contracts, onboarding, HR coordination
• Organising events
• Building out their culture as they grow
• Other duties as required

The environment is collaborative, high-achieving, diverse and international. They have clients in Germany, the Nordics and Singapore and are hoping to grow internationally.

About you:

• Prior administrative experience
• Self-starter, curious thinker and highly proactive
• Enjoys communicating on the phone/face to face both internally and externally
• Enjoys problem solving
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to think creatively

Other details:

• Salary is up to 35K depending on prior experience
• Core hours are 9-6pm
• 1 day WFH per week - Mondays and Fridays expected in the office
