Executive Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious super-star EA to join the team of a top-tier creative agency based in the heart of the West End. Our client partners with renowned direct-to-consumer brands and has gone from strength to strength since launching in 2020. In this pivotal role, the EA will work closely with the Founders, providing both business and personal support, while also contributing to other key areas of the organisation, including operations and finance. The successful EA will thrive in a fast-paced, diverse role that requires flexibility and a proactive approach, eager to take on a variety of responsibilities, always ready to roll up their sleeves and tackle new challenges. No two days will be the same, so the successful EA will need to be driven, resourceful, and willing to go above and beyond to support the Founders as they explore new business ventures. Occasional global travel is also required, as the Founders frequently travel internationally.

This role offers an incredibly exciting opportunity for an EA who describes themselves as an ‘all-rounder’, enjoys wearing many hats and being a lynchpin in a tight-knit team. This position will suit someone who has strong experience in a start-up environment. You will be joining a young, fun and friendly team, and for the right candidate, the opportunities are endless!

Core offices hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, however out of hours support will be required, particularly when the Founders are travelling. 3-4 days office based in the West End.
