THE ROLE:
- Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and lesson preparations.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other activities.
- Assist with grading assignments and recording grades.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
- Support students with special needs and ensure their inclusion in all activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the lead teacher or school administration.
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the classroom.
