Established over 38 years ago, Arthur Morrice Opticians immediately requires an enthusiastic PA/ Team Assistant for its upcoming projects.

Applicants to be reliable, presentable and trustworthy with strong communication skills and fluent in English.

This is an exciting opportunity with an immediate vacancy for a permanent or part time position.

Job description:

• Reception work- meet and greeting customers

• General administration and store organisation

Key duties:

• Produce documents such as letters and invoices from drafts to final versions

• Act as a point of contact for clients and other third parties

• Proactively identify follow-up actions and draw to the attention of relevant staff

• Assist where required during sales process
