PA - Creative Boutique Finance

A forward-thinking and creative boutique finance house in West-London are looking for a charming, confident and muck-in PA to join their close-knit team. A This is not your typical finance house, definitely more of a corporate creative environment but with all the perks of finance and two days WFH.

The role is primarily business support for a charming and inspirational Principal, along with overseeing the office.

Role includes:

• Diary, CRM & inbox management 

• Conference and travel booking

• Research on new consumer businesses and sectors 

• Welcoming guests to the office and providing refreshments

• Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared ahead of face to face meetings

• Adhoc Investment team tasks

• Overseeing the daily running of the office – IT, office supplies, staff and client entertainment, onboarding and more….

Looking for:

• 4+ years experience as PA

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• “Can do” attitude with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently.

• Positive, adaptable, discreet and ability to juggle varied, busy workload with a calm approach.

• A great sense of humour and a natural charming confidence
