We have an exciting opportunity for an EA to support the driven and forward-thinking CEO of a regulated firm undergoing an exciting period of strategic change and growth. As an impressive leader, the CEO is driving the successful transition of the company and seeks an EA who can act as a true-right hand and key member of the Executive Office. This role will be an integral part of the CEO Office, principally as EA to the CEO and supporting the Chairman of the Board and Chief of Staff, working very closely with the other EAs and Senior Business Manager as part of a team. A forward-thinking, proactive individual who can think on their feet and manage their workload confidently is an important success factor for this role.
Typical EA duties will involve setting the operating rhythm of the business and looking for efficiencies within this alongside the CEO Office team. In addition to this diary and inbox management, scheduling meetings and preparing Board packs, travel arrangements, organising events, and liaising with the wider Executive and Leadership Team will form part of the day-to-day role.
This role offers an experienced and resourceful EA the chance to work closely with a CEO who is a driven and passionate individual, and will suit someone who is highly proactive, extremely detail orientated, and possesses strong organisational and communication skills.
The successful EA will join a professional yet sociable team of hardworking and ambitious individuals, making this a great fit for someone who is a real team player, prepared to go above and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within financial services, and also for a regulated firm.
This role is based in Nottingham and requires the successful candidate to be in the office 2-3 days per week. Typical core office hours are 9am – 5pm, however flexibility is required to meet the needs of the role.
Benefits include enhanced holidays, discretionary bonus, healthcare & pension contribution. Our client really focuses on a cohesive team environment and offers plenty of training and development opportunities.
