A well-known, high end luxury fashion brand are looking for an extremely efficient team player to join their collaborative team as PA to the Founder. A varied role, you will ensure for the smooth running of the office, be that first point of contact to clients and help the founder with anything they need across the business. 

Based in the beautiful of Chelsea, the ideal candidate will have plenty of initiative and be eager to work amongst a hardworking yet social creative environment. Not only this but have some previous PA and Office Management with great customer service skills.  

Main responsibilities:  

• Dairy management  
• Meeting preparations  
• Email Management  
• Office Management 
• Household Staff Management 

You must be proficient use of Microsoft Office and some previous PA and Office Management with great customer service skills. This is an extremely exciting time for the business, as they have had huge success and growth within the last six month, which has no sign of slowing down - you could be a part of this!  

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years previous Team Assistant and PA experience. Apply today!
