This is a hugely exciting opportunity for an experienced PA & Office Manager to join the team and provide exceptional support to one of the Partners. They are seeking someone who has a positive, adaptable, "can-do" attitude and is ready to hit the ground running. You will be instrumental in managing the Partner's busy schedule and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations so excellent communication skills are essential!

Duties will include:

  • 80% PA - Support to the family assisting with both personal and business-related tasks including managing a very busy calendar, scheduling and confirming appointments, running errands, handling personal shopping requests, managing expenses and invoices - You will be the total gatekeeper!
  • You will also be managing an extensive property portfolio, arranging complex travel, and preparing detailed itineraries. 
  • 20% Office Management - Organising and coordinating office operations & procedures, arranging office events, preparing meetings, onboarding / offboarding staff, and ensuring office appearance is up to standards. 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 4+ years experience as PA or Private PA 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a calm, unflappable approach. 
  • Experience dealing with properties is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A "muck-in", proactive, efficient, friendly, and outgoing attitude.
