The Role

• Understanding product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions.
• Meeting customers face to face, talking to customers on the telephone and making outbound proactive sales calls.
• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
• Answering the telephone when it rings and handle all calls efficiently and professionally.
• Use our clients systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts and keep customers updated throughout their journey.

Experience

• Wholesale experience is a must
• Product knowledge
• Sales experience would be beneficial however not essential as training will be given
• Customer facing experience would also be beneficial
