Executive Assistant & Private PA

A privately owned, established energy trading company headquartered in West London with offices across the globe are looking for a senior EA to support their very bright, high energy and considerate UHNW CEO across his business and personal life. Very friendly, collaborative team.         

A combination of EA and Private PA for the CEO (60/40) – family man with grown-up children, homes in London and internationally. Very active, loves sport, EXTREMELY NICE KIND MAN, non-confrontational, needs upward managing, dress down in the office.

The role –

• Extensive travel management - CEO travels every week, mix of commercial and private
• Correspondence, complex diary giving downtime, travel time etc.
• Setting up international meetings with VIPS, Government etc.
• Coordinating/managing extensive contemporary art, prestige cars and fine watch collections.
• Liaising with PAs based internationally
• Lots of gatekeeping
• Bring order to CEO’s life KYC, fees, checks for personal banking and household finances
• Household staff, recruitment, management
• Adhoc support for other family members
• Dealing with lawyers, accountants and other consultants on personal matters
• Property management for London property and a London property portfolio
• Household and superyacht staff
• Family event management
• Luxury goods and dog
• Adhoc business and private projects

Looking for

• 10-15 years senior EA/PPA experience
• Grounded, tough, bulldog approach, on it, committed
• Gatekeeper, resourceful, forward planner, brings structure
• CEO likes to be upwardly managed and told what to do, steered through the day
• Thoughtful, nurturing, high EQ
• Some available outside hours but not 24/7
