Our client, a leading boutique search firm based near London Bridge, is seeking an exceptional EA to join their impressive team and offer support to their renowned founder. A project and search heavy role with a lot of scheduling and diary Tetris, the right candidate for this role must enjoy problem solving, client interaction and communication, and be energized by working with a first in class team and delivering excellence. On top of daily diary management and meeting organization for the CEO/founder, the candidate can expect to be involved in research and project management, extensive client interaction – so superb written communication is a must – and OM style duties to ensure the smooth running of the office. A varied and fast paced role, this is suited to an ambitious, career minded EA who wants to work with excellent peers, in a high-performance environment. The founder is also open to investing time in training up a more junior candidate that shows promise, providing they have a real commitment to excellence and can handle the pace!
Candidates can expect to be busy, challenged, liaising with best-in-class candidates from within the finance industry and remunerated well. Office based 5 days a week.
