We are delighted to be recruiting for an EA for one of our top tier boutique executive search firms. The business is focused on placing senior level individuals within Investment Banking and Private Equity across the US and EMEA and located in trendy London Bridge offices. This opportunity offers you interaction with both clients and candidates and to be part of a high-performing, elite team. Your role will be exceptionally dynamic and hands-on. Working closely with the Research team, and managed by the Office Manager, you will build an understanding of business objectives and activities of the practice, to support day-to-day execution of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Diary Management: Arranging and setting up internal and external meetings, conference calls and video conferences across multiple time zones for both clients and candidates

 

Project Management: Continuous reprioritisation of tasks, ensuring team schedules are manageable and priorities and deliverables are met each week.

 

Document Management: Creating candidate profiles, client documents as well as maintaining internal mappings and ensuring they are formatted properly and consistent.

 

Office Assistance: Booking meeting rooms, liaise with IT support team over technical issues, ensure office is always stocked with necessary supplies.

 

Supporting the CEO: Provide holiday cover for the Office Manager supporting the CEO.

 

Meeting Preparation: Support meeting preparation, from assisting with research, compiling meeting packs and/or presentations etc.

 

What’s on offer.

 

Competitive salary £60 - 70k basic

 

Discretionary bonus.

 

25 days contractual leave

 

Please note, this role is 5 days in the London Bridge office, and we are requesting experience within investment banking, hedge fund or Private Equity. Ideally you would have a degree from a Russel Group university.

 

Hours for this role are 8:30am – 6.30pm, office based 5 days per week, with full flexibility to meet the demands of the role both in and out of core hours.
