Project Coordinator

A leading boutique executive search firm specialising in the Private Equity sector are seeking an organised, team spirited project coordinator to support 2 of their successful teams.

Your role will be varied and you will have plenty of opportunity to get involved.  Duties include:

Being the main point of contact for all stakeholders

Dealing with logistics, this includes diary management, travel and meeting co-ordination

Document production – creating decks and presentations on PowerPoint and Word.  Strong experience on all MS Office packages is essential

Proof reading – you will need to make sure that all documents are perfect

CRM – tracking all meetings etc

Events Management – assisting with the organisation and running of events

Your will be working as part of a team of four Project Managers led by the EA to the CEO.  Together your will streamline processes and ensure consistency across the company. 

If you thrive working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and enjoy lots of people interaction then this could be the role for you.  You will be highly organised and your cv will need to demonstrate this, ideally with ES experience but this isn’t essential for someone with transferrable skills.

The company work hybrid, three days a week you will be in the lovely offices just off the Strand.  The hours of work are 8.30am to 6pm.  You can work from home on the other two days.
