PA to Art Gallery CEO - Maternity cover up to 1 year.

Based in beautiful offices in Mayfair this is a busy and interesting role covering both business and personal support for this very successful CEO. Covering his diary and important meetings (this will change often) and both business & personal travel with detailed itineraries. Liaising with family members, organising social and business entertainment, restaurants and events. Keeping a detailed data base of clients and potential clients. Fielding calls, messages, running occasional errands & shopping

Composing emails and correspondence, paying bills & credit cards, personal shopping and reminders of upcoming events and important meetings. Gathering information, research and general administration.

Fabulous team to work within and a busy role for someone positive, energised and happy to assist out of hours occasionally and be a great support in every aspect.
