An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant who is proactive and switched-on to support a busy team in a West End property firm!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Extensive diary management
Scheduling meetings
Presentation prep and proofreading
Meeting room booking, set up, catering, IT/AV
Support across company and departmental events
Travel booking with detailed itineraries
Proactive gatekeeping for the team
Team expenses
WHO YOU ARE
An experienced Team Assistant candidate, looking for a dynamic and fast paced work setting where you will provide support to a busy team.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in an EA/PA/Team Assistant role
Well-presented, proactive and personable
Strong MS Office skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a really fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and to sometimes tight deadlines
Top notch communication skills
This role is paying up to £45k (DOE) with a discretionary bonus and 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
