A boutique Private Equity firm based in great Mayfair offices are looking for a confident, intuitive EA to support the Co-Founders, and provide ad hoc support to the wider team. An exciting time to join this energetic team as they are going through a big period of growth.

We are looking for engaging, energetic candidates with previous Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience, and an interest in finance, to hit the ground running.

Hybrid working is available.  

Duties will include:

• Inbox and diary management
• Meet and greet visitors
• Proofreading documents
• Travel and accommodation booking
• Sorting the post and file management
• Preparation of various documents
