Your new role
As the Global Head of Administration, you will build a team of high-performing professionals to support the current and future high growth plans of the company. An understanding of the impact of the function from top to bottom and with a firm grasp on cost and delivery is essential for success. The role presents an opportunity to operate a high-performing function where a combination of pragmatic, creative, flexible and quick solutions is needed.
Duties will include:

  • Leadership and Planning of the Admin Function, acting as the focal point for all administrative matters and driving performance to Best in Class levels
  • Facilities Management including future planning, management and, where necessary, upgrading of current facilities to produce and maintain safe and attractive workplaces
  • Operational oversight on a daily basis, supervising the global PA/EA population, responsible for the management of accurate and cost-effective travel and diary scheduling
  • Process Improvement, development of pragmatic processes and policies if required to support the business, utilisation and development of technology to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Vendor and Contract Management
  • Ownership of the cost and performance of the function
  • Company events, recognising the multicultural nature of the company
  • Internal Communications with input from key stakeholders


What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrable experience within an operational administrative role
  • Previous experience of project management, office moves, management of external vendors, successful internal project and budget proposals and line management of admin professionals are essential to the role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all functions and locations and at all levels

This role offers a generous basic salary and total package. The salary is negotiable based on your experience. Due to the nature of this role, this will be fully based in the office.
