Legal Biller - Prestigious Law Firm - 12 Month FTC

Ryder Reid Legal is working with a London based Law firm who provide commercial legal services to a diverse UK and international client base. Ranked as a top 'UK-200' law firm, covering all major areas of law in both contentious and non-contentious fields. They are based near Chancery Lane station and offer a very flexible hybrid working policy.

We are seeking a Legal Biller on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support with the firms billing, e-billing and revenue aspects. We are keen to speak to candidates with legal experience within billing/revenue experience, with a strong knowledge of SAR, communication skills and VAT compliance knowledge, ideally with a working knowledge of Aderant (or similar finance software.)

Responsibilities:

Processing bills and raising pre-billsReviewing pre-bills with matter managers and/or PartnersSupporting with the e-billing functionLiaising with fee-earners and secretariesWIP write off requestsNarratives and other amendments, mark-ups/mark downs and reviewing all bills received from fee earnersProducing credit notesWIP managementDealing with disbursement issues at the point of billing
