Executive Assistant to COO

Our client, a leading Law firm, are looking for an experienced individual who thrives in a high performing environment to join their team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting into the Head of Operations your role will be to make sure the COO’s time is used as efficiently and effectively as possible, assisting with administrative tasks to manage their workload and also working independently to prepare documents and brief the COO on ongoing or upcoming initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Complex and proactive diary and calendar management
- Act as the main point of contact for the COO, having a thorough understanding of their priorities and being able to act accordingly
- Orgainsing meetings, including organising hospitality and catering
- Preparing the COO and other key stakeholders for important meetings and liaising with senior team members to acquire information when needed
- Complex travel planning and management
- Preparation of agendas, presentations, meeting papers etc
Our client is looking for someone who is a team player with the ability to work across the company globally to build relationships and with a high EQ. Supporting a visionary COO, you will be someone who is able to work in a high performing environment and who thrives on delivering exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting in an EA role, ideally at c-level
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to use own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability meet deadlines
- A second European language would be an advantage
