Temporary EA / PA

Here at Joss Search, we're looking for fantastic temporary EAs and PAs - especially those who value temping for opportunities that offer flexibility or extra income whilst pursuing other exciting passions!

Our clients make up 85% of the world's leading global Private Equity and Alternative Investment firms, and many are looking for brilliant temporary EA's and PA's. Often located in Mayfair and the West End, roles can vary from three days, to three weeks, to three months or longer - giving the opportunity for the consistency (and benefits!) of a full-time position with lots of flexibility.

BENEFITS:

As an EA or PA, you will be expected to provide comprehensive administrative support to leading Private Equity and Alternative Investment firms, with the main responsibilities being (but not limited to!), complex diary and inbox management, managing expenses, arranging travel itineraries, and providing general admin support to the assigned team(s)/individual(s). Prior industry experience isn't always required however exposure to Private Equity, boutique finance or similar fast-paced environments is desirable. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, pro-active, communicative and highly reliable.
