Expense Management Administrator
£22 - £24 p/h
12 month temporary contract - Monday - Friday

Our client is a global investment bank in London. They’re looking for an Expense Management Administrator for a 12 month temporary contract initially.

Duties:

  • Management of all expense Processing of audits/invoices
  • Responsible for keeping fully abreast of policy and procedure changes and being the subject matter expert for policies and queries
  • Complete ad hoc Expense Management reports Management of expense ad-hoc projects

  • Self-Starter- able to work under own direction
  • Strong team player- determined to achieve department goals
  • Excellent attention to detail – need to be accurate and analytical
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanour- able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role
  • Ability to adapt quickly to working within different systems
