EA to Co-Founders - exciting Sustainable Tech Startup

A one-off, truly unique and exciting opportunity to join an incredible Tech start-up that is disrupting the market and growing at pace.

This role is supporting the co-founders who have created something incredible and green - an incredibly exciting time to join this brand on its way to the top. They have already achieved great things and have earnt themselves a considerable amount of exposure.

The hiring of this person will free up the Founder's time to drive the business forward.

They are looking for someone to support them across the business and their personal lives – someone bright and tech-savvy with an understanding/passion for small growing businesses.

Duties:

• Extensive diary and inbox management
• Coordinate extensive business and personal travel – itineraries, visas etc
• Liaising with lawyers and accountants
• Organise board and senior management meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
• Gatekeeping and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare material for meetings, presentations, reports etc
• Provide personal support to the Co-CEOs, including managing personal appointments, family commitments, and special projects
• Handle personal errands and tasks – gifting, personal finances
• Assisting with business and personal events

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years as an EA / PA, or similar supporting C-Suite – desirable to have startup/scale up experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Technology savvy
• Self-starter, independent thinker with loads of initiative
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills, capacity to think on your feet and be one step ahead is key
• G-Suite knowledge desirable, but not essential
