A boutique finance firm is seeking an Office Manager to provide support for an office move on a temp basis for up to 8-weeks. This is a part-time position in office for 20 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has experience with an office move.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

This is a busy role where you will be working closely alongside an EA to ensure the office move is seamless.

Day to day duties include:
  • Full operations of the office
  • Identifying what tasks need to be completed
  • Communication consistently to the EA and team
  • Researching and booking service providers
  • Documenting everything, clear and precise
  • Liaising with the new office
  • Be on hand to support on the office move day
  • Assisting the EA with extra admin
WHO YOU ARE:

You will be an energised candidate who enjoys problem-solving and will go the extra mile to get the job done. You will understand the procedures to run a professional office.

Requirements:
  • Experience in an office move
  • Finance experience or corporate
  • Confident using all Microsoft Office platforms
  • Extremely organised and pay high attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
  • Able to focus on quality, discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and work under pressure
