part time HR manager required for a Hotel in Windermere area. This hotel has high standards, they invest in the team. The HR manager is a support the Head of departments, this is a part time role, 15 per hour. hours are between 16-20hrs a week. Parking available on site.

The role
We are looking for a HR manager to support the managers in the running of the HR department. You will support the HR team, help with inductions, keep the records up to date, manage the holiday records and folders. This role will help the hr manager to ensure the smooth running of the department. This role includes all the normal HR assistant manager duties.

For this HR manager role, we are looking for a candidate with Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience and Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You will be in a HR role at the moment with a understanding of various parts of HR.
