We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our client, a leading professional services organisation based in the vibrant City Centre of Bristol. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving change, developing strategic people solutions, and providing expert HR advice to senior business leaders. Join our client's forward-thinking team and contribute to shaping the future of their organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the business to develop and deliver strategic people solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to design and implement people plans, utilising data insights to inform decision-making and measure results.
  • Lead key HR cyclical activities for client groups, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Act as a leader within the HR function, driving firm-wide initiatives and supporting the development of colleagues.
  • Uphold and role model the organisation's values and culture.
  • Lead a team of HR Advisors, providing clear objectives, feedback, and support for their development.
  • Support senior business stakeholders in addressing complex and high-risk people issues through effective guidance and advice.

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship development skills with a client-service approach, gaining credibility and influence with senior business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving HR agendas aligned with business strategy, from diagnosis to delivering practical solutions.
  • Sound HR and business acumen, able to articulate the value of HR in a commercial and pragmatic manner.
  • Proficient in analysing key people metrics and using data to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills in a complex, matrix organisation.
  • Well-networked with external market awareness and knowledge of HR Business Partnering's impact on organisation success.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate HR best practises in a practical and accessible manner.
  • Strong presentation skills are desirable.
