Part Time PA & Office Manager required for creative PR consultancy based in West London. Working three days a week (which must include a Monday), you will support the Founder with a variety of PA duties (business and personal) whilst overseeing the smooth running of the office environment. The conduit between team and Founder, clients and Founder and all manner of internal and external contacts, this is an ideal role for someone with an interest in interior design.
This business is established and incredibly successful with an enviable client list (including some of the best names in the world of interior design). A newly created role, ideal for an enthusiastic, self managing. driven and professional candidate who will enjoy adding value however you can. The team is small and welcoming, established and very much in demand. All that you do will be appreciated, with endless opportunity to gain additional involvement and responsibility. Main duties and responsibilities:
• Diary, meeting and travel management for Founder, including some private duties
• Office management including procurement, ensuring process and procedures are adhered to, upkeep and landlord liaison
• Creation and proof reading of press releases and client presentations, media image maintenance
• Any other requirements required by Founder and team
Key competencies and attributes:
• Relevant PA / office management experience, ideally from a creative/PR/interiors business
• Positive, professional, fun and full of ideas
• Helpful and approachable to all - the go to person for all internal and external enquiries, including clients
• Proven ability to multi-task under pressure, maintaining existing activity while delivering to shifting deadlines
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills - including proofreading and creation of business ready documentation/press releases
• Thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment
• Creative problem solver and enthusiastic
