We are supporting a company based in Haddenham with recruiting for a Sales Administrator, paying up to 28,000 (depending on experience). Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4pm. To be successful you will need to have order processing/administration experience. This is an office based, permanent position with free parking on site. Benefits include 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme and Christmas office closure of 3 or 4 days.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Processing customer orders and taking payments
  • Answering calls and handling customer enquiries
  • Processing quotations for customers
  • Managing the company mailbox
  • Correctly and efficiently log information on the CRM system

You will be responsible for building great relationships with contacts and customers to provide an excellent customer experience. You must be proactive and organised with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks in order of importance.
