We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator position with a leading Manufacturer within the Healthcare Industry.

Fully in the office -8.30am-5pm- Maidenhead
Salary 24-26K

This is a permanent role that and comes with a range of attractive benefits, including 25 days holiday + BH, pension contribution matching, optional private medical cover, and parking.

As a Customer Service Administrator your main purpose will be to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your attention to detail and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Key responsibilities and duties will include:

Accurate data entry and timely processing of customer orders
Confirmation of delivery notes to enable invoice generation.
Handling customer inquiries and providing support on various queries.
Assisting with the management of the goods returns process.
Processing quotations via our CRM system
Adhering to quality management system processes relevant to the role

To be considered, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

Secondary level education in numeracy and literacy
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong business English and mathematical skills

Desired skills and experience include:

Experience dealing with customers.
Familiarity with using spreadsheets and data sets.
Experience working with SAP.
