Office Administrator

Padstone require a keen and experienced office-based administrator to start a temp-perm role for a construction client in Medway.

Role Responsibilities:

  • General administration - answering calls & managing multiple email mailboxes.
  • Supporting the FM Service Desk Team
  • Maintaining document Trackers - using Excel
  • Scheduling, confirming and managing work for Engineers
  • Uploading candidate information onto Company database
  • Liaising with Clients.
  • Invoicing
  • Managing quotations
  • Purchasing materials
  • Manage engineers assignments
  • Run and manage reports

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Basic Knowledge of Facilities Management in the construction industry
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Competent Knowledge of Microsoft Platforms
  • Strong Teamwork Skills
  • Patience
  • Organisation
