PA required to support the Group CFO of an exciting, global, retail product business. A great role which you can really make your own, the CFO is a lovely lady who is extremely dynamic and down to earth, she travels extensively, so is looking for a PA who can really optimise her time and who she can build a great relationship with.

Working on a global basis, they are looking for a PA who has worked in a similar global business, and you MUST have supported within finance, be that an FD or CFO.

A busy and fast paced role, your remit will include:

  • Arranging global travel itineraries
  • Complex diary and meeting management
  • Emails; monitor daily and deal with all internal and external general correspondence
  • Contacts; liaise with internal and external personnel at all levels
  • Events; organise conferences, workshops and seminars
  • Purchase Orders; raise and process requisitions through JDE, approving IT requirements (auditing requests and usage)
  • Invoicing; track and process with correct cost centres and budget codes
  • Expenses; monitor own credit card and CFOs allocated transactions and process both plus personal claims

Based in offices in Kings Cross, you must also be flexible to travel to Peterborough when required in order to build strong relationships across the business. Possibility of some hybrid working.
